ArchAngel Token Announcement Group
1 Nov 2021:
Staking Pool:
- Staking Pool testing in the testing environment continues this week, we expect to start testing on Main Net later this week to ensure the staking pool works the way we need it to work to support the entire ecosystem. We will display the link to the staking pool as a menu item on our website as soon as it is ready for display. The wallet connection feature will not be activated until the pool is ready to receive tokens. Once fully tested and activated, we will announce that the staking pool is open for entry.
Approximately one week after the pool is open, we will execute our "ArchAngel Genesis token drop" into the pool, consisting of 150T tokens that were reserved for staking when the project launched on 19 September 2021. The pool is being designed so that rewards are distributed just like reflections which are based on ownership percentage. If your staked tokens represent 1.25% of the pool's total staked tokens then you will receive 1.25% of all tokens being delivered to the pool as staking rewards. This includes both ARCHA tokens AND every token within the ecosystem that is required to deliver tokens back to the ARCHA pool with every transaction being executed.
Michael Epic:
- On Friday evening a meeting was conducted with a IT infrastructure expert and cloud engineer. The solution that was presented was deemed 100% feasible using cloud-based technology. Specific components of Michael (there are 7 total components) can be developed concurrently. Additionally, the technology will allow for certain components of Michael to exist independently while still supporting the fully integrated user interface that Michael will provide as a holistic technical solution.
This is a major catalyst within the Epic's development. It means that certain components of Michael (specifically components 2 and 3, for now) can be developed independently and concurrently. This rapidly accelerates the pace in which Michael can be developed. It also presents the opportunity to deliver independent projects (new tokens) to the ecosystem in an accelerated timeline.
It also means that our Staking Pool can receive tokens much earlier than expected (up to 6 months earlier if certain parameters can be met).
The development of the Michael Epic will continue with all 7 components being required to complete the delivery of the entire technical solution that Michael represents. If Michael executes this faster timeline (Track 2), then it is highly likely that the time required to produce all 7 components is also reduced. The team is carefully examining all options and a decision will be made as soon as the final details can be finalized.
